About us
Our funeral home was founded in 2018, but our family's legacy of funeral directing is over 60 years old. Traditions Funeral Home is currently operated by Vera J. Clark, LFD and her two sons, Brett O. Clark and Jesse H. Clark, Esq., but Vera's husband, Richard H. Clark, was first licensed in Ohio as a Funeral Director in 1955. In the 1980's Richard designed, opened, and managed the Vista Funeral Home in Miami, Florida; it still operates today as one of the busiest funeral homes in Florida.
After many successful years working for local funeral homes, Vera knew ultimately that she needed to open her own funeral home where she could provide the level of service families deserve. In 2018 Vera and her two sons founded Traditions Funeral Home, and began working towards opening a physical location to make that dream a reality.
